Reba Behavior
Reba always: collects caller name, phone, address, and issue description. Flags emergencies as urgent. Never quotes prices. Confirms all info before ending the call. These behaviors are part of the ReadyDesk core and cannot be changed.

Set your business hours. Reba adjusts her script automatically — welcoming callers during hours, taking messages after hours.
Leave blank to use the default after-hours greeting.
Call Forwarding Setup
Forward your existing business number to your Reba line so Reba catches every missed call. Set this up once with your carrier — it takes about 60 seconds.

How to set up no-answer forwarding
1. Open Settings → Phone → Call Forwarding
2. Tap Forward To and enter your Reba number:
3. Toggle Call Forwarding on.
Note: iPhone forwards ALL calls, not just no-answer. For no-answer only, use the dialer codes below.
1. Open your Phone app → Settings (⋮) → Calling accounts → Call forwarding
2. Tap When unanswered
3. Enter your Reba number:
4. Tap Enable
Menu paths vary slightly by manufacturer (Samsung, Pixel, etc.) but the option is always under Call Forwarding.
Dial these codes from your phone's keypad:
##61# or ##21#
These GSM codes work on AT&T, T-Mobile, Verizon, and most carriers in the US.
Log into your provider's admin portal (RingCentral, Vonage, Google Voice, Ooma, etc.) and look for Call Forwarding or No Answer rules.
Set the forward-to number to:
Set the ring duration to 20–25 seconds before forwarding so you have time to answer first.
