We collect your name, business name, and mobile phone number when you sign up for ReadyDesk or interact with our service. We also collect call summaries and lead information generated by our AI receptionist, Reba.

How We Use Your Information

We use your information to:

• Deliver SMS notifications about inbound calls and captured leads to your registered mobile number
• Operate and improve the ReadyDesk AI receptionist service
• Respond to your support requests

SMS Notifications & Consent

SMS notifications are optional and are not required to create a ReadyDesk account or use the service. When you choose to opt in by checking the SMS consent box on our signup form, you agree to receive automated SMS text messages from ReadyDesk (Aeraus Inc) at the mobile number you provide. These messages include:

• Lead capture alerts when your AI receptionist takes a call
• Missed call summaries and caller information
• Service and account notifications

• Message frequency: Messages are sent based on your inbound call activity. You may receive multiple messages per day depending on call volume.
• Message and data rates may apply. Standard carrier rates apply to all SMS messages.
• Opt-out: Reply STOP at any time to unsubscribe. You will receive one final confirmation message and no further messages will be sent.
• Help: Reply HELP for assistance or contact us at sosenergy1@gmail.com.

No Sharing of Mobile Information

Mobile information collected by ReadyDesk, including your phone number and SMS messaging consent, will not be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. All categories of data collected exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties whatsoever.

Data Security

We use industry-standard security measures to protect your data. Call summaries and lead information are stored securely and are accessible only to authorized account holders.

Service Description

ReadyDesk (a product of Aeraus Inc) provides an AI-powered receptionist service that answers inbound calls on behalf of subscribed businesses, captures lead information, and delivers SMS notifications to the registered business owner.

SMS Terms

• If you choose to opt in by checking the optional SMS consent box during sign-up, you agree to receive automated SMS messages from ReadyDesk (Aeraus Inc, long code: +15054887546). SMS opt-in is not required to use the service.
• Message and data rates may apply. Contact your carrier for details.
• Message frequency varies based on your inbound call volume.
• To opt out at any time, reply STOP to any message. You will receive a one-time confirmation and no further messages will be sent.
• To request help, reply HELP or email sosenergy1@gmail.com.
• Mobile opt-in data and consent are never shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.

Opt-In Process

SMS consent is entirely voluntary and is not a condition of creating an account or receiving service. During signup at readydesk.app/signup, business owners may optionally check a clearly labeled consent box to receive SMS lead alerts and call notifications. The checkbox is unchecked by default. Users who do not check the box can still create an account and use ReadyDesk fully — they simply will not receive SMS notifications until they choose to opt in. No messages are sent until explicit, affirmative consent is given by checking the optional box.

Limitation of Liability

ReadyDesk is provided "as is." Aeraus Inc is not liable for missed calls, undelivered messages, or business losses resulting from service interruptions.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Illinois.
